The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. q58com does not charge any fee on deposits from our end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by q58com within one hour during normal operating hours. Before your first withdrawal, your account must have passed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. q58com does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to q58com's anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Where odds are published due to human or technical error at levels clearly inconsistent with the true market price ("palpable errors"), q58com reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds and refund the stake to the user's PKR balance.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting markets have opened, q58com will settle outstanding bets in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the q58com Sportsbook Rules. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled start, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Live betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and q58com cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment of bet submission will be the odds at which the bet is confirmed. Where odds change materially between submission and acceptance, q58com will notify you of the revised odds and invite you to confirm or cancel the bet.

q58com does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. q58com will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any outage or technical failure as quickly as possible.
You may close your q58com account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat in your account dashboard. Upon closure, any remaining verified PKR balance (net of bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within five business days.
q58com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is identified; KYC verification requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe; or it is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
